Hear the stories, process and passion of the women behind the brands that deserve a “must-have” spot in your freezers and pantries. Victoria Lai, Founder and Chief Icecreampreneur of Ice Cream Jubilee, she dreams up ice cream flavors inspired by international desserts, boozy cocktails, and childhood treats. Karen Hoefener with partner Susan Zhu, NOMAD dumplings, Karen honed her craft while living in China with cooking classes, tips from local street vendors, restaurant owners, and colleagues. Nona Lim, of nona lim products Singaporean food heritage drives the brand’s obsession with authentic flavor and serves as the platform for its continual exploration of the delicious street food found throughout Asia. Jing Gao, the founder and CEO of Fly By Jing is a chef, entrepreneur and a renowned expert on Chinese cuisine on a mission to bring uncensored Chinese flavors to the table.
