Wellness Wise: What’s in your Diet? is a virtual online event (Zoom) recorded on Monday, July 18, 2022, 6:00-7:00 pm ET (3-4 pm PT). It is the first episode of the series, Wellness Wise.

Dr. Yinong Chong will lead each episode with a follow-along Tai Chi lesson, followed by insight into TCM thought and practice. Dr. Chong is a leading life transformation and wellness coach. She excels in connecting dots between modern science and Eastern wisdoms.

Dr. Chong shares transformative ideas through vivid story telling. Her self-healing stories and years of disciplined mind-body practice inspire her clients and students to reach their own highest potential. Her research expertise enables her to bridge the ancient teachings and modern scientific research and became a rare interpreter for cross cultural and interdisciplinary dialogues.

Dr. Chong is a Mayo Clinic certified "health and Wellness Coach". She earned her PhD in Sociology from Arizona State University, her MS in Journalism from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and her BA in English Literature from Beijing University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Research Methodology from the University of Maryland, and was a post doctorate fellow at CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS Officer).
